The digital marketing field is always changing, so finding the courses that teach the most in-demand skills can be tricky.

The following list includes digital marketing courses from established learning platforms and online resources. We want to help you find the program that best matches your specific goals. Students can take these courses to advance their current skills and keep up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing. 

1. General Assembly

One of the most well known bootcamps is General Assembly. They offer full-time, part-time, and 1-day courses on a variety of subjects including digital marketing. Their immersive digital marketing course covers content marketing, paid search, analytics, social media, media planning, and client best practices. The course is not yet available in the US, but they are working on making it available online to US audiences.

2. Simplilearn

Simplilearn is an online learning platform that offers a paid digital marketing specialist master’s program, as well as other courses. This master’s program covers topics such as pay per click (PPC), web analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), content and social media marketing, and more. With over 75 hours of recorded lecture and other learning materials, the curriculum also provides access to 45 projects. This allow students to practice using MimicPro and Mimic Social Simulation. They can take the certificate program through Duke, Purdue, and other universities. 

3. Coursera

Another online learning tool, Coursera offers a 7-course digital marketing specialization that teaches marketing analytics, social media marketing, and more. Students can enroll and complete the courses to earn a certificate. They can also audit the course and access the materials for free. Self-paced, the program is primarily for those who are new to digital marketing. It is ideal for self-starters, as they do not provide mentorship or on-demand support of any kind. 

4. ClickMinded

Known for their SEO course, ClickMinded is an online digital marketing bootcamp with offerings in paid advertising, content, email, and social media marketing, sales funnels, Google Analytics, and SOP library. All premium courses come with unlimited lifetime access and updates, so students can keep up with the latest marketing trends. In addition, ClickMinded offers free resources, such as an introductory course, blog posts, and strategy guides, with additional tips and suggestions for increasing internet traffic and sales. 

5. HubSpot Academy 

From the company that created the HubSpot software, HubSpot Academy is an online digital marketing resource. They offer free certificate courses that teach inbound marketing, content marketing, growth-driven design, email marketing, social media marketing, and more. They also offer free skills courses on more narrow topics. These include e-commerce marketing, search insights report, artificial intelligence in marketing, and building an advanced Twitter strategy. Students learn through video tutorials, readings, and interactive exercises. They take a final exam and use discussion boards to can connect with their fellow classmates.

6. Udemy 

Udemy is an online learning tool that offers a paid digital marketing master class. Those who take the course learn about social media, content, YouTube, and email marketing, as well as other topics. The program teaches students how to cultivate a brand identity in order to grow their email lists, website traffic, subscriber count, and social media following. In addition, students learn how to increase conversions and sales with real world techniques. The course comes with lifetime access to the curriculum, including the most recent updates.

7. Udacity

Another online learning platform, Udacity offers free and paid resources for people who are new to digital marketing. Their marketing courses cover topics such as content strategy, social media marketing, displaying advertising, Google analytics, and more. Those who are looking for a technical mentor, a personal career coach, and career services can consider enrolling in the nanodegree program in digital marketing, which costs $399 per month. 8. Skillshare

With over 19,000 free and paid courses in topics within and adjacent to tech, Skillshare is an online learning platform where students can take free courses in digital marketing. Focusing on topics such as social media marketing, copywriting & blogging, Facebook advertising, Google analytics, and more, students watch recorded lectures and complete hands-on projects. They can also connect with their peers using the course discussion boards.
